Job summary

Esire is seeking an Amazon Marketplace Officer to join our Karachi team. You will create and update Amazon listings, perform keyword research, and conduct competitor analysis to optimize content and drive sales.

You will work with AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude to speed up copywriting and research, manage FBA shipments, and support PPC campaigns, while maintaining account health and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant Amazon marketplace experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of Amazon listing management and optimization.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support listing writing, research, and reporting.
• Good English writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new listings from scratch, using Feed File and Seller Central.
• Change or update existing listings on Amazon with Feed File and Seller Central.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize listings.
• Research and validate new product opportunities using third-party tools.
• Create and manage FBA shipments in Amazon Seller Central.
• Support PPC campaigns, promotions, and A+ / EBC content as needed.
• Manage Account Health—monitor performance, policy compliance, and customer service.
• Use AI tools to speed up listing copywriting, research, and content optimization.
• Multitask across listings, launches, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Creative and Operations teams for issues.

Job description

We are hiring an Amazon Marketplace Officer. The role covers creating and updating Amazon listings, keyword research and competitor analysis using third-party tools, and using AI tools to work faster and smarter — coordinating closely with the wider marketplace team in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new listings from scratch, using Feed File and Seller Central.
• Change or update existing listings on Amazon, using Feed File and the online portal.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize existing listings.
• Research and validate new product opportunities using third-party tools.
• Create and manage FBA shipments in Amazon Seller Central.
• Support PPC campaign setup, promotions, and A+ / EBC content as needed.
• Manage Account Health — monitor performance metrics, policy compliance, and customer service (buyer messages, order defects, A-to-z claims) to keep the account in good standing.
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up listing copywriting, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Stay flexible to multitask across listings, launches, and reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments for any issue or query (Creative, Operations).
