HiddenTalent.ai is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade AI solutions for its AI-powered talent platform. The ideal candidate bridges business strategy, product development, and technology, defining AI architecture standards, evaluating emerging tech, and guiding engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience, with 3+ years delivering AI/ML solutions in production.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain AI architecture roadmap and governance.
• Design scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, and ML technologies.
• Establish architectural standards and governance for AI implementations.
• Lead end-to-end architecture of AI-powered applications and platforms.
• Design RAG, vector databases, and knowledge-management architectures.
• Architect AI agent workflows, automation systems, and conversational AI solutions.
• Design AI infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Drive infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Present architecture recommendations to executive leadership.
• Ensure privacy, security, and regulatory compliance, with governance and risk mitigation.

The AI Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade AI solutions for Hidden Talent. This role will bridge business strategy, product development, and technology execution to deliver scalable AI-powered products and services.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern AI technologies, cloud architecture, machine learning systems, and software engineering. They will define AI architecture standards, evaluate emerging technologies, guide engineering teams, and ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Architecture

• Define and maintain the organization's AI architecture roadmap.
• Design scalable AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI agents, and machine learning technologies.
• Establish best practices, architectural standards, and governance frameworks for AI implementations.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of AI-powered applications and platforms.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector database, and knowledge-management architectures.
• Architect AI agent workflows, automation systems, and conversational AI solutions.
• Design AI infrastructure on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps processes for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Drive infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with product managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Present architecture recommendations and AI strategies to executive leadership.

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Define monitoring, auditing, and risk mitigation strategies for AI systems.
• Establish guardrails to ensure safe and ethical AI usage.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related field. Master’s degree in AI, machine learning, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture experience with 3+ years of experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, etc.), AI Agents and Agentic Workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning Fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern API frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical tradeoffs for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
