Job summary

PakWheels.com in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks a Senior Product Manager – AI & Agentic Products to own AI-powered initiatives from discovery to execution. You will collaborate with engineering, data, design, and business teams to ship features that improve user experience, engagement, and growth.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience, hands-on use of AI tools, and strong knowledge of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of Product Management experience, including experience shipping AI-powered products.
• Hands‑on usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Perplexity in day-to-day work.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts including prompt engineering, RAG, hallucination handling, context windows, and AI workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or MoEngage.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes using AI and agentic workflows.
• Create detailed PRDs including AI behavior expectations, fallback logic, and evaluation criteria.
• Work with ML engineers and data teams to improve model performance and user outcomes.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Define product roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Track and optimize product KPIs including engagement, retention, task completion, and AI accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams on go-to-market planning and product positioning.
• Prepare product documentation, business cases, and strategy presentations.
