Job summary

Get Licensed is hiring a hybrid role that blends product management with engineering to own AI-powered initiatives end to end. You will define, prototype, and ship features in collaboration with UK and Karachi teams, including conversational flows and agentic tooling.

You are comfortable writing PRDs, prompts, and production code, and you will be hands-on across frontend and backend stacks with LLM APIs and evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years combined experience across product management and software engineering.
• Shipped at least one LLM-powered feature or product to real users.
• Hands-on coding ability in Python and/or TypeScript with REST APIs.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, tool use, and context management.
• Strong product judgement and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for AI features across the GuardPass ecosystem.
• Build working prototypes in React/TypeScript and Python/Node.
• Design and implement LLM-powered systems and MP integrations.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and drive data-driven iteration.
• Write and refine production prompts as versioned engineering artifacts.
• Collaborate with UK and Karachi teams to ship production-grade services.
• Measure funnels, latency, and cost-per-conversation to guide decisions.
• Stay updated on model landscape and make build-vs-buy calls.
