You will collaborate with the Social Media Marketing Manager to brainstorm campaigns, stay ahead of trends, and transform raw footage into engaging short-form videos that resonate with our audience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
• Hands-on experience shooting/editing videos on a smartphone or camera.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and short-form content.
• Practical experience using 2–3 AI content creation tools in real projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos for Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other formats.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for video generation, image creation, voiceovers, captions, and editing.
• Develop content ideas for weekly brainstorming sessions and campaigns.
• Film events, interviews, behind-the-scenes, and employer-branding content.
• Transform raw footage into polished short-form videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
• Stay up to date with trends, viral formats, and competitor activity.
• Assist in content planning, scheduling, and maintaining the content calendar.
• Monitor content performance and provide actionable recommendations based on analytics.
• Continuously research and experiment with emerging AI technologies to improve quality and production efficiency.
