Job summary

KnowledgeCity, Inc. seeks an execution-driven Program Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across a complex, multi-domain AI-native product program. You will own production deployments, release health, dependency resolution, and delivery predictability, reporting to the Head of Product.

This hands-on role requires operational rigor and cross-domain speed. You will guide a team of Product Engineers, manage cross-domain coordination, and drive governance and organizational change to ensure

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in program or delivery management.
Demonstrated ability to drive multi-domain programs to production quality.
Experience with governance frameworks and release management.
Background in product-led delivery is a plus.
Clear executive communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery across multiple product domains and drive cadence.
Coordinate cross-domain dependencies and unblock execution bottlenecks.
Define and govern release readiness, deployment health, and post-deploy validation.
Ensure production readiness, quality governance, and documented Definition of Done.
Lead program governance aligned with PMI standards and drive benefits realization.
