Qualifications

• Experience delivering short-form social video content.
• Strong grasp of platform formats (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels).
• Ability to edit for hooks, pacing, captions, and calls to action.
• Experience using AI tools to augment scripting and video production.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume publishing cadence.

Responsibilities

• Produce and publish 20–30 high-quality short-form clips each week, plus daily AI-avatar video.
• Review long-form content to identify strongest insights and moments.
• Edit for hooks, storytelling, pacing, retention, captions, music, sound, graphics, and CTAs.
• Adapt content to each platform's aspect ratio and audience behavior.
• Move quickly on market-sensitive content while maintaining quality.
