Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Architecture:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex automation pipelines using n8n to streamline business processes across sales, customer support, and operations.

AI Agent Deployment:

• Engineer production‑grade AI agents. Implement sophisticated tool‑calling logic and reasoning capabilities to automate multi‑step tasks.

System Integration:

• Orchestrate seamless data flow between AI systems and core enterprise platforms, including CRMs, SQL databases, and third‑party APIs.

Prompt Engineering & Optimization:

• Develop and refine prompt strategies to ensure consistent, structured, and reliable outputs from LLMs.

Performance Engineering:

• Monitor workflow latency, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Automation Platforms: Expert-level proficiency in n8n is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate experience building state‑aware, looping, and complex workflows.

AI & LLMs: Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) via API. Understanding of context windows, token management, and temperature settings.

API Architecture: Deep understanding of RESTful services, webhooks, JSON data structures, and authentication standards (OAuth, Bearer Tokens).

Database Management: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and an understanding of data modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced AI Orchestration: Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.

Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG): Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Supabase, FAISS) and embedding strategies.

Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

Data Engineering: Experience with Python for data pipelines or ETL processes.

The successful candidate will operate within the following technical environment:

Core Orchestration: n8n

AI Models: OpenAI API, Anthropic API, Custom offline models

Scripting: TypeScript, Node.js, Python

Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks
