Job summary

Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI models and tools. You will work with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into products and ensure robust performance.

You will research new AI technologies, monitor model quality, and document results to support reproducibility and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
