You will work with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-weight models, ensure observability, governance, and scalable AI systems, mentoring engineers and driving enterprise AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree.
• 5+ years building applied AI/ML systems, with strong recent experience in Generative AI.
• Proven experience shipping LLM-powered applications (RAG, embeddings, prompt strategies, model adaptation).
• Deep understanding of vector search, semantic retrieval, and AI system evaluation.
• Experience building orchestration layers using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar architectures.
• Strong cloud-native engineering experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Advanced Python skills and experience building scalable backend systems and APIs.
