Job summary

MaxSol in Lahore invites a motivated AI/NLP engineer to join our team and help build intelligent caller agents for client projects. You’ll work on language and speech models, tune data-driven prompts, and iterate on real conversations to improve performance.

You will train and configure models on each client's data, design robust call flows, and test against real conversations to ensure reliable, business-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with language models or speech models.
• Comfort working with real client data and testing against real conversations.
• The habit of asking what a system should change for the business before building it.
