Job summary

SoftCity Solutions is seeking a hands-on ML professional to take AI work from a business problem to production with measurable accuracy. You will build document intelligence, forecasting and LLM systems, and design evaluation sets to monitor drift.

You should have 3+ years in ML, strong Python, experience with LLM APIs and RAG pipelines, and a track record of shipping models to production. Hybrid or fully remote, annual learning budget, health insurance, 25 days leave, provident fund.
