The role coordinates AI training programs, supports content development, tracks participation, and generates training analytics to improve adoption of AI in day-to-day work.

The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong interest in AI/Generative AI and learning technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple training activities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate organization-wide AI and Generative AI training programs.
• Prepare training calendars, nominations, schedules and communications.
• Track attendance, progress, assessments and certifications.
• Develop AI learning materials, guides and learning journeys.
• Support AI adoption initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Maintain training records and dashboards; report insights.
