Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, human resources, commerce, economics, or related business discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in AI and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organization-wide AI and Generative AI training programs.
• Prepare training calendars, participant nominations, session schedules and communications.
• Coordinate with trainers, leaders and employees for successful program execution.
• Manage virtual, physical and hybrid learning sessions and track attendance.
• Support development of AI learning materials and learning journeys.
• Assist in creating practical AI exercises, case studies and demonstrations.
• Help employees understand and adopt AI in day-to-day work.
• Maintain training records and dashboards across departments.
• Stay updated on emerging Generative AI tools and trends.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to align learning with business needs.
