GEM Creatives in Lahore invites AI Creative Interns to join our studio working on AI-powered video ads and short films for US brands. You will learn end-to-end production from prompts to final edits and gain hands-on experience.

Choose one focus area: AI Content, Video Editing, Social Media, or Ad Research. Stipend is PKR 20,000 per month for 3 months, on-site; strong performers may receive a full-time offer after the internship.

Qualifications

• Strong English reading and writing.
• Interest in AI tools and storytelling.
• Basic computer skills; organized and quick to learn.
• Any one of video editing, design, social media experience, or a portfolio is a plus.
• Fresh graduates or final-year students welcome.

Responsabilités

• AI Content: create character sheets, reference images and posters with AI tools and organize clips.
• Video Editing: arrange and name clips, add captions, basic edits in Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Social Media: plan and post content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X and grow our community.
• Ad Research: study top-performing video ads and write simple reports on what works.

Job Description:

Our client GEM Creatives is hiring a AI Creative Intern (AI Video, Editing, Social Media, Research) in Lahore.

We're a creative studio in Lahore making AI-powered video ads and short films for US brands. We're hiring interns who want to learn how real AI video production works and grow with us.

Stipend: PKR 20,000 per month, fixed, for 3 months (full-time, on-site). Strong interns get a full-time job offer after the internship.

You'll join one of these four areas (tell us which one you prefer):

• AI Content: create character sheets, reference images and posters with AI image tools, run video generations from ready prompts, and organize and upload clips.
• Video Editing: arrange and name clips in the right order, add captions and do basic edits in Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Social Media: plan and post content, cut short clips for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X, and manage our online community.
• Ad Research: study top-performing video ads, collect reference videos and write simple reports on what works.

What we're looking for:

• Good English, especially reading and writing
• Interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, video generators) and a love for films and stories
• Basic computer skills, organized and quick to learn
• Any one of these is a plus: video editing, design, social media experience, or a portfolio
• Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome

Hiring includes a short test task.
