Job summary

GEM Creatives in Lahore is seeking an AI Creative Intern to learn AI-powered video production for US brands. You will join one of four areas—AI Content, Video Editing, Social Media, or Ad Research—and tackle real tasks to learn the workflow of AI video production on-site.

The internship offers a PKR 20,000 monthly stipend for 3 months. Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome, with the possibility of a full-time offer based on performance after completion.

Qualifications

• Good English, especially reading and writing.
• Interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, video generators) and a love for films and stories.
• Basic computer skills, organized and quick to learn.
• Any one of these is a plus: video editing, design, social media experience, or a portfolio.
• Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Join one of four areas (AI Content, Video Editing, Social Media, Ad Research) and complete a test task.
• Develop and organize content assets using AI image tools and video generations.
• Assist in planning and posting social content across platforms and manage online presence.

Job Description

We're a creative studio in Lahore making AI-powered video ads and short films for US brands. We're hiring interns who want to learn how real AI video production works and grow with us.

Stipend: PKR 20,000 per month, fixed, for 3 months (full-time, on-site).

Strong interns get a full-time job offer after the internship.

You'll join one of these four areas (tell us which one you prefer):

1. AI Content: create character sheets, reference images and posters with AI image tools, run video generations from ready prompts, and organize and upload clips.
2. Video Editing: arrange and name clips in the right order, add captions and do basic edits in Premiere Pro or CapCut.
3. Social Media: plan and post content, cut short clips for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X, and manage our online community.
4. Ad Research: study top-performing video ads, collect reference videos and write simple reports on what works.

What we're looking for:
