Job summary

Edge is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Python automation solutions. You will build and optimize automation workflows, integrate APIs and databases, and contribute to reusable libraries and testing frameworks.

You will collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify automation opportunities, participate in code reviews, and drive continuous improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years of professional experience in Python development and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Git and modern version control workflows experience.
• Hands-on browser automation with Selenium or Playwright.
• Familiarity with Pandas and NumPy libraries.
• Experience writing automated tests with pytest or unittest.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reliable automation workflows, integrate third-party services, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
