Your Team
- Investment Services Operations provides global end‑to‑end middle‑to‑back‑office support for trade management, portfolio operations, data management, reconciliation, corporate action, bank loans, fund services and reporting to support Invesco’s investment activities.
- The team focuses on delivering high‑quality service with disciplined operations, responsive support for investment processes and new products, adapting to changing economic, regulatory and risk environments, and managing data quality in accordance with SMART data principles.
Your Role
- Advance Principal – Change Management is a key role within the Change Management function supporting Investment & Distribution Services. As a Project/Change Manager, you will execute projects and initiatives, drive change in strategy planning, analytics, continuous improvement, and governance while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with internal functions and subject matter experts to deliver projects on time, engagingly and effectively.
- Act as a global problem solver with a strong understanding of Investment and Distribution Services and related activities.
- Demonstrate dynamic thinking, self‑starter attitude, confidence and credibility with senior leaders.
- Excite and influence global partners to win internal support and achieve continuous improvement.
- Own project life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, ensuring projects are well‑defined, documented and appropriately reported.
- Identify, report and prioritize risks and issues, enabling timely resolution and independent decisions.
- Work with business, operations and support functions (Risk, Audit, Tech) to understand guidelines and implications of project execution.
- Design, approve and implement detailed operating model changes.
- Extract information at all levels, conduct complex analysis and present insights meaningfully.
- Write system requirement specifications, including use cases and data models, when necessary.
- Prioritize projects in line with functional strategy and stakeholder requirements.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities, build diagnostics and develop business cases.
- Drive continuous improvement agenda, shape project opportunities and develop new tools and methodologies.
- Define performance metrics, govern projects and communicate status throughout the organization.
- Manage change, risk and communications for improvement projects.
- Optimize framework, establish control procedures and contribute to governance forums.
- Serve as primary point of contact for continuous improvement initiatives from Hyderabad, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and shape future states.

The Experience You Bring
- 8+ years of Project Management / Change Implementation experience, preferably in financial or investment banking sector.
- Project management with strategic planning and development experience.
- Experience delivering change management solutions in highly regulated financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership building with senior leadership.

Academic Requirements
- MBA from a reputed university.
- Certified PMP and Lean/Six‑sigma practitioner.
- Preferred experience or certification in data visualization tools.
- Preferred experience or certification in automation tools.
