Role Description

The Admissions Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. The role involves advising prospective students on international study options, entry requirements, application procedures, and timelines. Daily tasks include handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person; assessing student profiles; preparing and reviewing application documents; and coordinating with overseas institutions on admissions decisions. The Admissions Officer maintains accurate records in internal systems, follows up with students throughout the admission and visa processes, and supports information sessions, events, and outreach activities. Collaboration with colleagues to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to company policies and partner institution guidelines is an integral part of this role.
