Softsquare is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant specializing in Accounts Receivable to join our team in Lahore. You will manage invoicing, follow up on payments, reconcile accounts, and support credit control to ensure timely collections.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks or similar software. You will coordinate with customers and management to maintain accurate receivables and timely

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Experience in AR, invoicing, or credit control.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables management.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
• Record customer payments and allocate to invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor credit limits and place holds when needed.
• Provide copies of invoices, statements and receipts on request.
• Prepare AR and aged receivables reports for management.
• Assist with month-end close and GST/BAS reporting.
