Job summary

JazzWorld in Islamabad seeks an Analyst Accounts Payables to manage payment activities and ensure compliance with internal policies. The role reports to the Manager Accounts Payable and focuses on timely invoice processing and stakeholder communication.

The candidate should have a Master's in accounting/finance or be a member of a professional accounting body, with experience in accounting systems (Oracle preferred) and strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of IFRS is desirable.

Qualifications

• Master's in accounting/finance or membership in a professional accounting body.
• Experience in accounting and financial systems; Oracle is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and analytical capabilities.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable best practices and KPI monitoring.
• Knowledge of IFRS and accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform Monthly closing/reporting activities for accounts payable.
• Ensure accurate Income Tax and Sales Tax withholding from payments.
• Ensure compliance to SLA's and KPI's in payable area; Balance sheet quality assurance.
• Accounts payables reporting and aging analyses.
• Facilitate internal & external customers in end-to-end process.
• Communicate with stakeholders for queries and statuses.
