Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax purposes.
• Assist in payroll processing (if required).
• Maintain employee financial records.
• Track and control company expenses.
• Ensure proper approvals and documentation.
