Navigator HR Consulting Solutions in Lahore seeks an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, general ledger operations, and cash-flow tracking. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of core accounting experience and strong financial acumen to manage receivables, payables, and dealer balances efficiently.

The role requires handling AP/AR, financial statements, and ensuring compliance with standard accounting procedures.

Formación

• Relevant degree/qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (e.g., B.Com, BBA Finance, BS Accounting & Finance, ACCA/M.Com).
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and proficiency with standard accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions, general ledgers, and financial reconciliation.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Monitor dealer accounts and balance reconciliations.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and budget reports.
• Assist management with cash-flow monitoring and planning.
