Job summary

Clive Shoes in Lahore is hiring an Accounts Executive to manage fixed assets, capitalization, and depreciation records. You will maintain the asset register in Excel and Dynamics 365, ensure timely expense postings, and perform asset transfers and disposals with proper documentation.

The role requires ACCA/CMA or a Bachelor’s in Accounts with 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have ACCA/ CMA/ Bachelor’s in Accounts from any reputed university.

Responsibilities

• Keep and update the fixed assets register in excel and dynamics 365.
• Able to record asset capitalization, acquisitions and depreciation entries.
• Handle fixed asset transfer and disposals with appropriate documentation.
• Able to post regular expense entries correctly on time.
• Able to reconcile fixed assets with the GL and resolve differences.
