A construction firm in Karachi seeks an Accountant/Personal Assistant to manage day-to-day tasks for the MD. This role includes ordering materials, checking prices, and ensuring smooth operation of ongoing activities. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and can ride a motorbike for outdoor tasks.
Company Requires Accountant/ Personal Assistant for day to day routine tasks as advised by the MD of the company.
Ordering material and organising smooth delivery. Checking out wholesalers and prices from market for required goods and informing the CEO directly. Carrying out any outdoor tasks and checks at various sites as required by the director.
Taking delivery on sites as required. Ensuring smooth operation and speedy achievement of all tasks. Ensuring all expenses are accounted and providing up-to-date accounts and excel sheets of all expenses. Making calls and following up on ongoing activities and tasks in progress.
1. Minimum 2 years experience in the capacity of Accountant in a known company.
2. Having exceptional communication skills.
3. Having experience riding motorbike in order to accomplish outdoor tasks.
4. Be physically healthy and not having any recurring health issues that might hinder routine work on a regular basis as this role requires an energetic alert candidate to achieve driven results.
