We are seeking an Accountant to support accurate financial operations and reporting for our professional services business.

The role requires maintaining reliable records, timely processing of transactions, and providing clear management information.

Qualifications

• Experience with bookkeeping and month-end close.
• Ability to reconcile bank statements and control accounts.
• Experience preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and invoicing.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Understanding of accounting principles, tax records, and audit docs.
• Strong numerical accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and confidential data handling.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and resolve discrepancies independently.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoice reviews, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow, tax documentation, and audit prep.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for financial information.
