Job summary

Trending Technologies Pvt. is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and effective financial controls at its Islamabad office. Record, classify, and reconcile daily financial transactions, prepare vouchers, ledgers, trial balances, and monthly reports.

Monitor invoices, payment schedules, and documentation. Assist with budgeting, audits, tax documentation, and statutory reporting. Maintain records and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, ledgers, reconciliations, A/P and A/R.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets and cash-flow summaries.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables for structured analysis.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Understanding of Pakistani tax documentation, audit support and statutory compliance.
• Strong numerical accuracy and confidentiality with attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet recurring reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record, classify, and reconcile daily financial transactions, including payables, receivables, expenses, and bank activity.
• Prepare vouchers, ledgers, trial balances, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
• Monitor invoices, payment schedules, collections, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, cash-flow tracking, audits, tax documentation, and statutory reporting.
• Maintain organized accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, operations, and management to resolve discrepancies and provide timely financial insights.
