Job summary

Nano Vision Private Limited, based in Lahore, is seeking an Accountant to support accurate financial administration, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations while maintaining reliable financial records for the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and relevant departments to ensure transactions are recorded correctly, financial information is available on time, and accounting procedures are followed consistently, supporting audit readiness and regulatory

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel for structured financial records.
• Experience preparing vouchers, invoices, payment records, trial balances.
• Ability to manage AP/AR with accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Good numerical analysis and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Professional communication and confidentiality in handling financial data.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
• Prepare bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly closing activities, trial balances, expense analysis, and management reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, support payment processing, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain organized accounting files and provide documentation for audits and tax requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify purchase, inventory, payroll, and expense information.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements to accounting controls and processes.
