Karvalo in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an organized Accounts Assistant to support daily bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You will prepare asset, liability and capital entries, update transactions in accounting systems and assist in monthly/yearly closings.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Tally and QuickBooks, with strong time management and attention to detail to ensure accurate payable/receivable records and compliant tax filings.

Competenze

• Experience with general ledger and month-end close processes.
• Familiar with business registration and tax compliance.
• Proficient with MS Office, Tally and QuickBooks.

Taxations:

• Prepare monthly withholding tax statements / sales tax returns
• Assist in preparation of Annual Income Tax Return
• Monitor and implement revised taxation rates, rules and regulations
• Streamline tax procedures and recommends efficient process improvements.

Accounts Payables Management for Client(s) & office:

• Prepare reporting payable summaries and aging
• Record payments/disbursements
• Reconcile payables and payments

Cash and Expenses:

• Prepare expense vouchers and expense summaries
• Maintain accurate cash register on a real time basis
• Conduct regular cash counts and cash reconciliation
• Manage petty cash disbursements and controls

Job-Specific Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Involvement in business registration and tax compliance.
• Required knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Tally, and QuickBooks.
