Job summary

Jazz is seeking an experienced Telecom Operations & Maintenance professional to oversee OAN access network functions, fault management, KPI analysis, and stakeholder coordination across Hafizabad, Raiwind and Depalpur.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of BSS, Transmission, and Power systems. Willingness to work round-the-clock as needed is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Telecom Operations & Maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of BSS, Transmission, and Power systems.

Responsibilities

• Fault Management & Resolution: monitor and resolve faults related to network components and coordinate spare parts delivery.
• Quality KPI Management: analyze KPIs, report on metrics, and ensure performance benchmarks.
• Business & Technical Support: assist planning teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage acceptance tests.
• Inventory & Spares Management: oversee spare parts movement and timely delivery for fault rectification.
• Stakeholder Coordination: liaison with internal teams and external partners; manage escalations and meetings.
• Portal & System Management: administer NOC portals, TS Tiv tasks, and system audits.
• Billing & Invoicing: handle monthly/quarterly invoicing and reconciliations.
• Disaster & HSSE Management: develop disaster plans and ensure HSSE compliance.
• Network Audits & Capex Planning: audit networks and assist in Capex planning.
• Change & Access Management: oversee changes and access controls for network rollouts.
