Game District in Lahore is seeking a skilled 2D Game & UI Artist to craft characters, environments, icons, and promo visuals, while designing intuitive game UI screens and menus. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Game Art, Multimedia, or related field.
3+ years of experience in 2D game art and UI/UX art.
Strong portfolio showcasing game art and UI work.
Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate and relevant tools.
Good understanding of art fundamentals, composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Strong understanding of game UI and visual design principles.
Passion for gaming with awareness of current gaming trends.
Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in AI-powered creative tools and AI prompting.

Responsibilities

Create 2D game assets, including characters, environments, objects, backgrounds, icons, and promotional visuals.
Design engaging game UI elements, screens, menus, and interfaces.
Collaborate with Game Designers, Developers, and Artists to deliver production-ready assets.
Maintain visual consistency across game art and UI.
Contribute creative ideas and iterate designs based on feedback.
Stay updated with gaming trends, art styles, and UI patterns.
Use AI tools and effective prompting for ideation, asset creation, and creative exploration.
