Job summary

United Bank Limited is seeking a Relationship Executive to drive deposits from new-to-bank clients while cross-selling banking products. The role emphasizes Shariah compliance and high service quality across Islamic and conventional branches.

You will manage portfolios by employee ID, input and track sales pipelines via SMP, and maintain logs, call reports, and scorecards. Regular client visits and training are expected to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to achieve deposits targets from new-to-bank customers.
• Experience in selling banking products and cross-selling.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Shariah-compliant banking guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tag and manage a portfolio based on employee ID, enabling account opening in any branch.
• Open valued accounts on a monthly basis with an average balance of Rs >50k per KPI.
• Input and maintain sales pipeline and customer profiling using SMP.
• Maintain and update sales logs, call reports, pipeline management reports, and scorecards.
• Attend daily morning huddles led by Branch Manager.
• Conduct regular sales calls and visits per SMP guidelines.
• Provide timely support to operations for AOF submissions and ensure KYC compliance.
• Uphold Shariah compliance in Islamic branches.
• Participate in relevant training sessions.
• Represent the bank professionally with proper dress and presentation.
• Maintain product knowledge to address customer inquiries.

Job description

The Relationship Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, focusing on deposits solely from NTB customers, and cross-selling banking products while ensuring compliance with Shariah guidelines and maintaining high service quality standards.

• Tag and manage a portfolio based on employee ID, enabling account opening in any branch.
• To open valued accounts on monthly basis with an average balance of Rs >50k each as per assigned KPIs.
• Ensure the proper input of sales pipeline and customer profiling using the provided Sales Management Platform (SMP).
• Maintain and update sales management logs, including call reports, pipeline management reports, and scorecards.
• Attend daily morning huddles led by the Branch Manager.
• Conduct regular sales calls and visits as per prevailing SMP guidelines in order to engage with customers.
• Timely support to operations for the submission of AOFs and ensure KYC regime is updated and in compliance with best practices.
• Uphold Shariah compliance in all banking activities in case of Islamic Branches.
• Participate in relevant training sessions.
• Represent the bank professionally, ensuring adherence to the dress code and overall presentation.
• Maintain a sufficient level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and needs.
