To be responsible for VM Designing and planning of all the upcoming stores for the brand effectively implementing the window and merchandize display at the stores. Be responsible for renovation and refurbishment of existing stores.
The VM industry is still in a developing phase in India, with the advent of International players and with awareness of International VM standards, there is stiff competition to lure the consumers providing them superior shopping experience through innovative and attractive displays. Hence developing established vendors who can supply mannequins and other props of international quality is a challenge. Also creating an environment and mindset of effective visual merchandising in the stores is a challenge.
