Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Focused Technician to enhance equipment reliability at the Hinoba-an plant. This multi-skilled professional supports preventive maintenance, develops maintenance standards, and builds operator skills to move toward zero unplanned breakdowns.

The role requires proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation, with the ability to lead maintenance activities, apply PM calendars, and report action plans under Run to Standard (R2S).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in one core engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation).
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment safely.
• Experience with maintenance planning and PM processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance standards and PM calendars.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance in assigned lines.
• Collaborate with operators and engineers to reduce downtime.
• Maintain safety and quality compliance during maintenance activities.
