Swirly Goodness Philippines Inc. in Taguig City is seeking a friendly and reliable Store Associate to join our fast-paced fro-yo team.

You will greet customers, assist with product selections, process POS transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked. Prior retail or F&B experience and good English communication are preferred. willingness to work on weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• College level or college graduate required.
• At least 6 months of retail or F&B experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS/cashiering is preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer inquiries.
• Promote products, toppings, and store promotions.
• Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and toppings according to company standards.
• Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and product quality.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Process POS transactions and handle cash and other payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and assist with daily cashiering and sales reports.
• Perform proper cash count and turnover.
• Replenish products, toppings, packaging, and other supplies.
• Assist in receiving and organizing stocks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and overall appearance.
• Support opening and closing store procedures.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor.
