Job summary

Apex Group seeks an experienced Yardi Voyager Functional Consultant to support real estate clients across multiple geographies. The role covers Leasing, Procure to Pay, Finance, and more, with emphasis on requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

The ideal candidate has strong Yardi Voyager knowledge, real estate domain experience, excellent documentation, and willingness to travel to client sites across the Middle East as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Yardi Voyager Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager modules (Leasing, Procure‑to‑Pay, Finance, Billing, Fixed Assets).
• Experience in real estate domain and client-facing consulting.
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East; valid passport required.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in Yardi Voyager 7s modules across Leasing, P2P, Finance and more.
• Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, configuration, testing and go-live support.
• Conduct client workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Travel to client sites across the Middle East as required.
