Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
• TESDA NC certifications or equivalent.
• Typically 5-8 years experience in automotive repair or workshop operations.
• Atleast 2-3 years in supervisory or senior technician role.
• Experience in dealership operations and diagnostic tools is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management System) and warranty processes.
• Knowledge of safety standards and workshop SOP’s.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
