Job summary

GJH SERCONS, INC. is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Officer to plan, implement, and oversee the company’s employee safety program in the Philippines.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with OHS guidelines and maintaining safe operations across premises and external sites. The candidate should have a nursing background (BS Nursing or RN) with strong knowledge of legislation, procedures, MS Office, and excellent time management.

Qualifications

• BS Nursing Graduate/ Registered Nurse and any 4 years course and any discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of legislations and procedures

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety inside/outside the premises.
• Checks and monitors emergency exit.
• Checks and monitors Fire condition.
• Checks and monitors PPE issued by employee, visitor, contractors, etc.
• Monitors the work condition of all working personnel.
• Implements safety guidelines suggests and introduces safety measures.
• Updates ERT if needed.
• Introduces new policies and procedures related to safety issues.
• Assists employees if there is a necessary document needed.
• Ensures timely preparation of reports and documents.
