Position Purpose:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Order Processing:
  • Coordinate and manage daily food orders for employees.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Handle any issues or discrepancies with orders.
  • Locker Issuance and Tracking:
  • Assign lockers to employees and maintain an updated record.
  • Track locker usage and handle any related issues or requests.
  • Ensure lockers are in good condition and report any maintenance needs.
  • Pedestal Issuance and Tracking:
  • Manage the issuance of pedestals to employees.
  • Keep accurate records of pedestal assignments.
  • Address any issues related to pedestal usage and maintenance.
  • Work Permit Processing:
  • Process work permits for employees and contractors.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Office Supplies Issuance:
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies.
  • Issue supplies to employees as needed.
  • Reorder supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Ticket Monitoring:
  • Track and monitor tickets related to administrative requests.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and communicate updates to employees.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
  • Other Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist with general office management and maintenance.
  • Support workplace experience initiatives and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the administrative team.

Requirements
