Job summary

HRTX seeks a Workplace Design Manager in Manila to lead a dynamic design team, delivering smart, functional, and visually compelling interior spaces from concept through completion.

You will supervise space planning, 3D renderings, and presentations while coordinating with clients, construction teams, and vendors to ensure projects meet safety codes and client expectations. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial/office interior design and fit-out.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, space planning principles, and design execution.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading a team and handling multiple design projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
