Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines), Inc. (JLLSPI) is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to advance corporate/workplace interior design projects. The role requires a hands-on, proactive designer who can work under pressure and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative spaces.

The successful candidate will manage detailed design development, FF&E specification, and client coordination, while contributing to budgets and timelines for high-profile interiors within the Philippines region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate/workplace interior design.
• Strong communication and ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit a plus.
• Experience with FF&E, layout planning, and materials specification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, interior details, and 3D renderings.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures for interiors.
• Create sample boards to illustrate proposed design concepts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure feasible designs.
• Coordinate Interior Layouts with MEP Design Consultants.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Oversee construction and ensure design implementation as intended.
• Conduct quality checks on all aspects of the project: finishes, furnishings, and installation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and sustainable design approaches.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate and measure spaces, including photos/videos and sketches.

Senior Analyst – Interior Designer

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in corporate interior design and exhibit outstanding communication abilities, as well as a creative and dynamic flair. The duties and responsibilities of an Interior Designer include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, interior details, and 3D renderings.

Qualifications/Experience

The qualifications and experience required for an Interior Designer position with our firm include:

• Technical proficiency is important, but a strong passion for interior design is crucial to succeed in this role.

• Possession of a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an interior designer, with a specific focus on commercial / workplace interior projects for at least 1 year, either in consultancy or design and build.

• Thorough understanding of the design process, layout planning, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), furniture systems and specifications, and color and materials.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, EnScape Render engine and Adobe Creative Suite. Good understanding of Autodesk Revit will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating unique, innovative, and functional design solutions.
