Job summary

Global Administrators Inc. is seeking a Workforce Analyst in the Philippines to analyze staffing needs and forecast workload.

You will optimize resource allocation using data-driven insights to support workforce planning, scheduling, and performance reporting across multiple teams. The role requires predicting demand, planning staffing strategies to meet SLAs, and creating schedules that align with forecasted needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in workforce management, forecasting, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in workforce management tools (NICE, Verint) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a deep sense of urgency.
• Must be flexible to any shift assigned due to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term and long-term workload forecasts using historical data and business trends.
• Recommend staffing strategies to meet SLAs and operational goals.
• Create and maintain schedules that align with forecasted demand and employee availability.
• Plan, assign and reassign work daily to staff to maintain SLAs.
• Monitor real-time adherence and adjust staffing plans as needed.
• Analyze workforce metrics (occupancy, shrinkage, productivity) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership on staffing performance and capacity planning.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and Finance teams to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements for workforce management systems.

We are offering a hybrid work arrangement! The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:

• Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
• Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
• Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
• Work from home location is within NCR.
