Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking passionate Telecommunication Associates to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, work-from-home role, you will be the voice of our client, providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued customers. What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound calls from customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical support to resolve problems efficiently
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  5. Actively participate in training and development programmes to enhance your skills
  6. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • At least SHS Grad + 6 months international voice experience (BPO)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer queries effectively
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services or a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
