Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Company Driver in the Laguna/Calamba area to provide safe and timely transportation for company personnel and items. You will ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and operated per policy, with strict attention to safety, routes, and schedules.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of relevant driving experience, and a valid professional license.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid professional driver's license for the vehicle assigned.
• 2–3 years driving experience in manufacturing, logistics, construction, or corporate environments.
• Familiar with major roads, routes, and traffic regulations in the assigned area.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading when required.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy and safety-conscious.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, or overtime when needed.
• No serious or recent traffic violations; subject to company verification.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives, employees, clients, documents, materials, tools, and products as authorized.
• Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle before and after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and good operating condition of the company vehicle.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and transportation instructions.
• Load and unload materials or items when necessary and ensure proper handling and security.
• Assist in delivering and collecting documents, supplies, and parts.
• Maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel, tolls, and maintenance.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents immediately to supervisor.
• Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and documents are up to date.
• Observe safety policies, traffic laws and road regulations.
