Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is seeking an O&M Site Coordinator to support and coordinate operations at the Kalayaan 2 Wind Farm in the Philippines. The role reports to the Site Manager and SHEQ Department, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient site performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring service providers, managing O&M contracts, reviewing performance data, and reporting KPIs. Requires TESDA wind turbine maintenance certification and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• TESDA-certified (wind turbine maintenance); electrical qualifications preferred.
• Expert user of Microsoft Office; advanced in Excel is essential.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Quality, health, safety and environment: monitor compliance with local regs and AE policies; escalate deviations.
• Operations and maintenance: support Site Manager in managing O&M contracts; review reports and data; ensure OEM requirements.
• Supply chain: support spare parts procurement and inventory control for O&M contracts.
• Documentation: update procedures and technical docs to optimize plant performance.
• Reporting: prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports; track KPIs; use CMMS tools.
