Job summary

HelproGroupofCompanies is seeking a dedicated WiFi Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot WiFi and internet systems for residential and commercial clients. You will install routers, access points, network cables, and related equipment, test connections, diagnose issues, and perform upgrades as needed.

In this field role, you will deliver excellent customer service, complete service reports, and follow safety procedures while traveling to assigned locations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Vocational Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Technology, IT or related field.
• Experience in WiFi installation, fiber installation, network cabling, or telecommunications is a plus.
• Knowledge of installing and configuring routers, modems, APs, and networking equipment.
• Basic TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking understanding preferred.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel to service locations.
• Mandatory government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN).
• Valid Driver's License is an advantage.
• Willing to render overtime, weekends, and urgent service support.

The WiFi Technician is expected to provide excellent customer service, ensure all installations meet company standards, complete service reports, and follow safety procedures while performing fieldwork.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.

• With experience in WiFi installation, fiber internet installation, network cabling, or telecommunications is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in installing and configuring routers, modems, access points, and other networking equipment.

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking is preferred.

• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel to assigned service locations.

• With complete mandatory government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN).

• Willing to climb ladders or utility poles when required.

• Possesses good communication and problem-solving skills.

• With a valid Driver's License is an advantage.

• Willing to render overtime, work on weekends, and respond to urgent service calls when necessary.
