Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and ability to scrub, dissect and shape data to create customized reports.
• Knowledge of WFM systems such as eWFM, IEX, CMS, Verint/BluePumpkin, etc.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage intra-day staffing and service level thru effective planning and scheduling.
• Provide timely, accurate reports on intra-day performance, and provide recommendations as deemed necessary.
• Monitor and drive schedule adherence.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
