Job summary

Qualfon is seeking a WFM Business Analyst to bridge stakeholders and operations by turning workforce data into actionable insights. You will forecast demand, plan capacity, and support staffing strategies with dashboards and data-driven analyses.

You will collaborate with real-time analysts, schedulers, and coordinators under the WFM Manager to drive performance improvements and optimize workflows across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, information technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years in Workforce Management, Business Analysis, or BPO reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and Capacity Planning using workforce data.
• Develops and maintains volume, AHT, and shrinkage forecasts and headcount models.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau).
