Job summary

Atain in Manila is seeking an experienced Workforce Management professional to lead capacity planning, scheduling, forecasting, real-time management and reporting for our accounts. The role requires coordination with operations and multiple departments. You will monitor KPIs daily, handle ad-hoc requests, discuss performance with stakeholders, and own MIS delivery.

Candidates should have 2–3 years as Asst. Manager in WFM or 3–4 years as Supervisor, strong forecasting with NICE IEX, and solid

Qualifications

2–3 years experience as Asst. Manager in Workforce or 3–4 years as Supervisor in Workforce.
Strong forecasting expertise and proficiency with NICE IEX.
End‑to‑end WFM knowledge: planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
Proficient in Excel and report creation; able to upskill team.
Experience in a BPO/WFM environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage capacity planning, scheduling, forecasting, real-time management and reporting for the account.
Coordinate with operations and multiple departments regularly.
Daily monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.
Handle ad-hoc requirements from Ops and other functions.
Discuss daily/weekly performance with stakeholders.
Own the MIS delivery across WFM activities.
Work in a 24x7 and rotational shift environment.
Designated as Manager (or) equal to it.
