Job summary

Wipro Limited in Cebu City is seeking a capacity planning and MIS professional to manage headcount, capacity forecasts, and periodic reporting for assigned accounts. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize hiring and resource movements while guiding a small team.

Ideal candidates hold a Math or Science degree with 3–5 years of RTA/MIS experience, strong MS Excel skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Math or Sciences is preferred.
• Experience with MIS/RTA is advantageous.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills are required.
• Good understanding of service procedures and processes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain headcount and capacity planners for processes assigned.
• Preparing forecasts for volume, productivity and shrinkages
• Preparing monthly reports for individual accounts
• Validate production and non-production hiring and/or internal movements
• Analysis of scheduling outputs and recommend changes whenever necessary
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on items related to capacity planning and hiring
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on matters related to resource planning and movements
• Supervise and train team members peforming work tasks and responsibilities

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Above average MS Excel knowledge is required
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach
• Expert knowledge of service procedures
• Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers
• RTA/ MIS Experience is advantageous
• Can work with minimal supervision and has initiative

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
